That is a pretty good description, at least by my understanding of Inuit
[which is about as refined as yours, I would guess].
Of course, there are significant differences between different Inuit
languages, but I think that the general grammatical outline you made holds
true for related Yupik as well.
Personally, I am intrigued by the possibility of a mixed Finnish-Inuit
language; I think it would be fun to zip the two grammatical systems
together ...
