the frequency-counter

My teeny frequency-counter freq.py now counts as long letter-combinations
as is desired, and will also count pre-defined digraphs occuring initially,
finally and all over the place.

Next: an interface of some sorts that doesn't require hacking the wrapper-
script to set the pre-defined digraphs, and nicer output-formats.
