Well, at the risk of tooting my own horn, you could try the Conlang
Phrase Books I did.  They're on http://www.fantasist.net/conlang.shtml
One is more "adult" than the other, using slang, but would need heavy
modification for someone's actual conlang.  I really meant that to be an
example of what one *might* do.
Incidentally, I would welcome suggestions to improve those phrasebooks,
if anyone has any.
