Most dialects do have at least a few. In my dialect there are:
Mouth-mouthe
Thin-then
Thigh-thy
Thou (short for "thousand")-thou (archaic pronoun)
I think there might be a few more pairs.
I once made up a verb /p&D/ to mean "make a path". I'm not sure how
you'd spell it, "pathe", maybe? But that would look like /pejD/.
