I don't have any problems pronouncing sixth, fifth, eighth, twelfth. I
probably drop the th in sixth when speaking really quickly and can see how
that would be difficult...
with is really random. I can think of no pattern to when I do and don't
voice the th then.
I'm curious as to how many natural languages have th and dh, as I heard that
not many do. Anyone? :)
