Simplifing a lingo

Such as English, if anything to standardize the spelling and all of the
words.

Such as the famous F sound, that is written F, Ph, Gh, and others..
While J is nothing but Gh, and the two differerent forms of Th,
one being voiced and Th, and the other being Dh, but both spelled
Th.
Phonograph should be "fohnohgraf" or like. As well as some way to
express the variatiations of vowels, clearer forms so that it always
known which form you mean. I know some would say we need an Academy or
like, groan I hope not.

Also words like "-tion", should be "-shun"? Why not express the change
from the French bases to closer to how it is pronounced by English
speakers?

And a few others.
