You're kidding, right? I hope so! I mean, if he had to do that, Okrand should've used
<I> only for the actors, and not the published version! I mean, who's ever
heard of such a thing??! Capitalizing <i> when there's no need (or capitalizing
letters to distinguish 'em from other letters)... It seems as though whoever
invented Klingon's orthography saw no distinction between (un)capitalized
letters and just picked letterforms out of a hat!
