His talk was on semantic primes. You might be interested in
his analysis/presentation of various types of languages of
languages that have tried to reduce the number of concepts to
a set of a few basic semantic primes. (And, indeed, he would
probably also be interested in your project. I forget if he's on
Conlang still, but if not, you should give him a holler.)
