Hmmm. I don't really have any actual profanities in Yivríndil, but I do
have some unnice things to say. The ones that come to mind are:
lethahiran [lETa'hIran]- lit. "horse-eater", used of someone who is
vulgar, disgusting, repulsive, etc. One of the worst possible things to
say.
goso ['goso] - ass, anus, derogatory. The derivative "goson" might be
equivalent to the term 'asshole' used of a person in English, but it's
also used as an insulting term for homosexuals.
ikagol ['Ikagol] - lit. "blackfoot". A derogatory term for a Nomin, one
of the races that lives near the Yivríndi. Can also be used with the
same force as "bastard."
kéwuthan ['keBuTan] - lit. "masturbator," by extension "bachelor" (used
of
either gender). Sort of equivalent to "dirty old man," only with
stronger negative force and a distinct implication of perversion.
The Yivríndi put a lot of stress on bearing children and continuing
family lines, so they don't think highly of bachelors, homosexuals, and
other people who won't have natural children.
