That's quite simple in my opinion. Both [m] and [r] are voiced, but [m] is
pronounced with your mouth closed, while [r] is pronounced with your mouth
open. It would be easiest if the cluster is pronounced with the air stream
unbroken. Now, - at least in my case - on the moment when the lips separate,
they automatically produce a small [b], unless I really control them.
All this of course under the condition that the [r] is a trill.
