A translation of what into what?

Translating someone else's text into a conlang presumably follows the same rules
as for natlangs; if you're gonna publish it, you need the permission of the
copyright holder (assuming there is one). If you published a grammar of your
conlang, it seems to me anyone could legally use that to translate text into
your conlang and publish it without your permission. That's been disputed,
however. It could be worth it checking out the Klingonistas attitude to
unauthorized translations into Klingon.
