Or you might take on the hungarian approach :-)

        sz        /s/
        s         /S/
        z         /z/
        zs        /Z/
        c         /ts/
        cs        /tS/
        cz        /tZ/

Caveat Emptor -- I might be mistaken in some of these mappings; though
probably not...
