Either themself or themselves. Actually, I'd use "'em" instead of "them". Using "them" and then "themself" sounds extremely bizarre to me, but using "'em" and "themself" is okay. Probably because "them" is a somewhat more-formal pronoun than "'em".

I don't think I've ever heard it used that way around here.
