I checked out this URL and was pretty dubious about this guy's claims. He seems to be saying that the proto-Sumerians invented their language ex nihilo at about 6000 BC, which is a pretty outrageous claim. It's not impossible, but to beleive it I'd have to see more convincing evidence than this guy gives.
