Hmm... I think that's true. But then, that would seem to confirm
its status as a pidgin, or at least, a pidgin undergoing creolization,
since such languages often show astonishing variety in basic forms
of pronouns and such. Also, the lack of a copulative "be" also
points to a pidgin or creole.
