Why yes, I think that would be quite appropriate. Whether she
did it once or does it continuously, in T. she's a boy-eating-she-
wolf! No three-strikes and you're out.
I'll probably have to find some way to suggest that someone is
a single and non-repeating perpetrator of one crime. But you
know how once ya dunnit, you're branded.
