Yuûmaewec: New Version.

I've uploaded a new version of my imaginary (and entirely
recreational) radical aus-English spelling reform. The main change is
one of presentation; I've tried to make it as easy to use as a
reference document as I possibly can. There are some other changes
but they are minor.
