More online dictionary

I've added an autogenerated inverse index for Taruven at

    http://taliesin.nvg.org/dict.php

... so now it is possible to try to look up English words and
see what they are in Taruven. With less than a thousand words,
and a 100% automated inversion, you might have to try a few
times before you actually find a word that exists in the
dictionary :)

This is what is called a "finder list" in Toolbox/Shoebox, so
there's no extra information, only a lookup from English to
Taruven.
