I've been having the idea of creating such an non-trivial "freaklang" myself one day, but right now I have enough problems with my very benign conlang Obrenje (obrenje.tripod.com/obrenje.htm). Also, I don't think my meager linguistic understanding would suffice to execute such a radical departure from human language invariants. PPS: There has already been an attempt at creating a verbless lang: "AllNoun". It can be found in the conlang list at www.langmaker.com. Anyway, I thought it was only a thought experiment rather than a functional language.
