Sergei Starostin is a promoter of the Sino-Caucasian theory; his version
includes North (NOT South) Caucasian, Sino-Tibetan, and Ket-Yenisseian.
South Caucasian or Kartvelian is indeed considered Nostratic by that
macrofamily's promoters; it is also included in Joseph Greenberg's
Eurasian.
