The last two are fairly easy - a bilabial trill(which I think is on the
IPA chart, but I'm not sure), and a linguolabial trill. The latter is
harder to describe, since a 'growl' is very general, but the way I
growl, it's an uvular trill. In other words, in the order you gave,
[R\], [B], and [r_N]. Probably.
