I think theories is a better word here than information. The author,
Hans-Joachim Alscher, is always very careful to say "I believe" and so
on when he writes about it on the IE list. But it's interesting stuff.

BTW, there's a more recently updated version (even without GeoCities
popups) at <URL:http://members.pgv.at/homer/indoeuro/contents.htm>. I
couldn't quickly spot any differences, though.
