Can't speak to Eskimo-Aleut but off the top of my head I can't think of
a Uto-Aztecan lg with glottalized consonants. If there any it would
probably be one of the Numics since many of them are in contact with
lgs that do have them and they are the least familiar of all UA lgs
to me.

Maybe you should take a look at the Keresan lgs of the Southwestern
US. At least some have glottalized fricatives too.
