How about "The Blessed Isles"? It's very Celtic and it fits in with the idea
of "over there"-ness. Or what about the word for universe in one of our
langs, although something distinctive, not like Yn Unifers. The Arvorec word
is "dumen" from the Old Celtic dumnos.
