Unfortunately, it ain't.
_per_, like most prepositions in Latin, governs the accusative case. I
should be: "accusativum per preficem indicabo".
But one could also express the same idea with the plain ablative, thus:
"accusativum prefice indicabo"
I think the second is maybe snappier.
