The Geekiest SciFi Conlang

With all the talk of different computer languages and
object oriented conlangs and RPN conlangs it occured
to me that the ultimate geek conlang project would be
to discover the native language of The Borg. For
those unfamiliar with the Star Trek Universe they are
half machine, half biological beings that share a hive
mind and communicate with radio waves via electronic
implants.
Presumably, a human without an implant should be able
to communicate with the Borg via a keyboard and a
communication device of some kind, providing that he
knew the native language of the Borg. Given that they
are more computer-like than human-like in their
thought processes, and yet have human ancestry by
virtue of having assimilated many human and human-like
civilizations, it follows that their native tongue
would be more computer-like than human-like, and yet
still comprehensible to humans.
Perhaps I shall consult the Akashic records to see if
I can discover how their native language works.
