Well, marshmallows was the ONe thing that was missing from my Thanksgiving
feast. I didn't cry since I don't like them anyway, but I did want to be
authentic for my 25 guests. I could NOT find a single marshmallow anywhere
in Kaohsiung. I even found pecans, but not marshmallows. Well, the graham
cracker crust for the pumpkin cheesecake pie was impossible to find too, so
I had to DIY. Do you have ANY idea how many Teddy Grahams you have to crush
to get three cups of fine graham crumbs?? Or how long it takes to do it
with a wooden spatula in a Chinese soup bowl? LOL
