Do 'tomo' and 'tora' mean just 'self'? Or are they 1s pronouns?

Also, I had a little trouble locating the egos. I was thinking they
should be squares, but then there would be no distinction between
male and female egos. I'm not sure if there is an anthro convention
for that.
