Pei was one of my earliest "Oooo!  Ahhhh!" expiriences, too.  I found that
book in the public library and it was difficult to convince myself that it
had to go back.  All those shiny little pebbles in one box.  Alas, my
bought-and-paid-for copy is back in the states.
