Glyph Shape Codes - semi-finalized

In the process of pursuing a pictographic conlang I
got sidetracked into the area of fonts and
glyph/pictograph design.  For the time being I've
decided to focus on the creation of glyphs and
establishing a Piktok (picture talk) dictionary, and
leave the grammar for a bit later.

To that end I've semi-finalized a glyph drawing shceme
and I'm writing a Windows program to easily design
glyphs.  The first part of that effort, tha
semi-finalized Glyph Shape Code (GSC) is not available
for your amazement and amusement, not to mention
comments and criticisms. (All criticisms accepted
gracefully.)
