Could be Idioma de Signos Nicaragüense (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicaraguan_Sign_Language). Wikipedia says that it developed "in the 1970s and 1980s". So we're looking at something that appeared no earlier than 1970. Anything newer? -- Arnt Richard Johansen http://arj.nvg.org/ Let's have some real examples from a real, non-English language.
