It isn't web-based now, the web frontend is just a bonus, a way to access the archive through the web instead of commands to the listserv in mail. The e-groups web frontend isn't even fully functional, you can't manage your subscription-options through it for instance. Conculture is worse-off, as it is actuallyhosted by egroups.

As I said, conlang-l is hosted by the listserv at brown.edu, no need to move it. All I propose is to (re)move the web-archive at egroups. t.
