'o-' is also reverential, eg
o-kimochi((other's) feeling), o-karada((other's)body)
I think that 'o-' is on the head of a traditional Japanese or a Kana
word. And 'go-' is for a Kanji word read in Chinese style(C-K). C-K
words are usually more formal, so it makes feel more reverential.
