Well, [xw] is not totally off, since [x\_w] occures in some varieties. My reaction was partly motived by /u/ for the vowel of "sjuk" - it's most definitely long, and /u/ is usually employed for the close, back, rounded vowel usually spelled {o} (to really confuse people, {o} can denote /o/, /o:/, /u/ and /u:/, not to mention [@] in reduced endings ...). In SAMPA phonemic spelling I'd probably write /S}:k/.
