:) :)
I do have an English scheme somewhere... But I care too much for my life
and limbs ;) ;) Shocking the French will suffice for now... :p
As for Tibetan... Well, I'd be semi-qualified in a discussion on Chinese
orthography; I wouldn't trust myself to actually design a new Chinese
orthography (looking towards the mass grave of that war's casualties...),
but I'm clear enough as to what type of reform I'd support.
