I think the changes look just fine. They're all
realistic afaik.
The order of the rules is what gives me the most
headache when I devise rules for sound change.
I can't help you there, though. You're on your
own! :) What I mean is, try applying the rules
in different orders and see which order gives you
the best result. That's what I do.
