But prefixes like de'- (e acute), or re- are so to say at free hand, anybody can use them if needed, to make a new verb that other people will easily understand, even if it's not in the lexicon and if they never heard it before. I can say "rerougir", meaning "to redden again, or one more time", and people will understand it, or "dérougir" (to lose red color), although I'm sure I won't find them in a dictionnary.
