Yes! Pyrus Fontlab 3.0. You can download a demo for free, and it is the
very, very, very best font editor there is. Fontlab 3.0 costs a lot of
money, though. I've got an older version, Fontlab 2.5 (sent by mistake
when I ordered Fontlab Composer and Scanfont, 3.0 not being available
at the time), which says it supports Unicode fonts, but I haven't found
out how exactly.
