Doesn't work, because ö and å aren't in the right places, and ä is
God-knows-where. I have to be able to switch between Swedish Icelandic and
English effortlessly, so what I really want is þ and ð mapped to acute-t
and acute-d, since that's what I used on my Mac. Makes sense to me, no
questions asked! ;-)
