Basically Prof Tokien took models of the day for tongue placement to decide the letters and type
of sound..
P = front of mouth
K = further back and so on.
Some up near your pallete, and some near the bottom of your mouth, and some down your throat (no
pun).
I strongly suspsect almost any language, short of all glottals or like, can be represented in Herr
Tolkiens tengwar/cirth/sarati. or a lingo digital means..
