Here's a primer on what Orcish sounds like. Two hundred words in all; I'll
explain the phonics afterwards. (Caution: Eight-bit Latin-1 text; may not
show correctly for some users.)

Consonants:

          StAf Fric Nasl Glde
Labial p f m w
Dental t (þ) n l
Sibilant c s
Retroflex d r
Palatal q x j
Velar k h g

Note: c is /ts/, d is /t./ (ret.), q is /tS/, x is /S/, h is /x/, g is /N/
and j is /j/ (y is a vowel, see below). The thorn letter (þ) is used in
English loanwords and might be added to native words in a future version of
the language.

Vowels:

i y u
e o
  a

Note: y = schwa.

Tones:

a No accent: level (Mandarin Tone 1)
á Acute: rising (Mandarin Tone 2)
â Circumflex: falling-rising (Mandarin Tone 3)
à Grave: falling (Mandarin Tone 4)
ã Tilde: nasal (and usually rising)
ä Diaeresis: glottalized or "creaky" (and usually falling)

This list will be edited (especially if I add the thorn), but this is what
the language sounds like at least.

Grammar is very simple: agglutinating with postpositions, no vowel harmony,
SOV/AN word order.

DaW.
