I guess I used unnecessarily colourful language there, but I do have a hard
time reading what I wrote as expressing anything more sinister than
amazement. I certainly did not mean to express any negative (nor positive)
opinion about the name; merely surprise.
BTW, "exteriorization" is a nice lengthy word my dictionary won't recognize.
In context, it appears to be mean giving expression to something, but is
there a more specific definition.
