There are. There is also tongue-root harmony (retracted vs. advanced).
There is even a Turkic language, Karaim (historically spoken in Lithuania,
now almost extinct), in which the regular front/back harmony has been
replaced, under the influence of Slavic, with palatalized/non-palatalized
consonant harmony! See slides at
