In Toronto, it seems to be the second one almost entirely. My teachers
use it, I hear it on the radio, on TV, my friends use it, I use it, my
parents use it, my grandparents use it, everybody uses it. I didn't
notice it that much until other people on this list commented how much
they heard it, although I think I brought the subject up.
