Ah, that reminds me of the mustard you get at the Vorderer Sternen at the Bellevue tram station in Zürich. It's delicious in a slightly masochistic way unless you happen to exhale through your nose while eating it, in which case it leaves a smoldering gaping hole in your face where your nose used to be. As for the best mustard I know, that would have to be Thommy's "à l'Ancienne", which they gave out as free samples in tiny glass jars a while ago, but which I've never found anywhere since.
