Well my far-from-complete Tech does have /x/ and /X/ and /G/ and /R\/ (IPA
inverted small caps R), but the bilabials and labiodentals aren't
distinctive. /p/ lenites to /f/ and /b/ to /v/, though some dialects might
have /P/ and /B/ instead, I reckon. Also, certain dialects have affricates
for the non-ejective uvular stops: /qX/ and /G\R\/, analogous to Klingon |Q|
= /qX/.
