TECH: Help Setting Up E-mail

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up an e-mail account with an application I have on my
computer.   It's asking me all this information about pop clients and servers and
all this business and I have no idea what to do.   In particular, if anybody
has a free.fr account, that's the one I'm trying to set up.   I have a feeling
that I have all the necessary information, I just don't know what order to put
it in, or what field to enter it into.   If anybody could give me a hand, I'd
be very appreciative.   (Reply off-list, of course.)
