Yeah. What's more, I know one of the authors - in fact I'm a moderator
on her forum ;)

And it's 'The Black Book of Arda', not 'The Black Silmarillion'.

I believe there have been projects to this end. They turned out rather
unsuccessful, though. But, really, why do you need it? :)
