But of course. Though, if it is a human culture it'll need
colloquialisms of its own for weather, unless there isn't any :)

I'm having a small crisis of.. faith? conlanging
provesse[sic??]? <fill in suitable word>? myself as I'm not sure
what to do with weather words anymore. Are they verbs? Nouns?
States? None of the above?
