ANNOUNCE: Relay 11 (finally!)

Hi!

After having taken the task of translating Relay 11 to HTML last week,
a first version is online:

Please contact me for any strange things you notice.  This is not
perfect yet -- I wanted to have *something*.

Please also send me native script versions, if available, and further
translations from other languages, if you wish.  Just send me anything
you like to see for your language. :-)

I will now start working at nice style sheets so that is looks nicer.
